Editing Individual Future Shipments

To make changes that will apply to only one particular future shipment in your automatic delivery plan, use the Edit option located in the Shipment Details section of the screen. Changes that may be made to an individual shipment include:

Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for an individual shipment. If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your eracleaskincare.com screen.

Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method for an individual shipment.

Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for the individual shipment using the drop-down list. Edit Size: Select a new size for that individual automatic delivery shipment, if applicable.

Ship Method: Select a new ship method using the drop-down list. Skip Shipment: Click this link to cancel only a particular shipment, but still remain active in the automatic delivery plan.

If you need to make additional changes in the future, you may do so at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Customer Service at 214-295-4366.  

Types of changes that can be made through Customer Service include: shipment frequency, payment method, shipping method, shipping address, billing address, order quantity, size, etc. You can also delay or cancel your next shipment at any time before the shipment has been sent, as well as cancel your automatic delivery plan. (Some restrictions may apply for certain automatic delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.)

How Do I Edit All Future Orders

Editing All Future Shipments: To make changes that will apply to all future shipments in your Automatic delivery plan, use the options in the Plan Details section at the top of the View/Edit automatic delivery Plan screen.

Types of changes include: Edit Quantity: Increase or decrease the quantity for your plan using the drop-down list. Edit Size: Select a new size for your automatic delivery plan, if applicable.

Edit Ship-To Address: Select from your address book or add a new address for your plan.

If you need to make changes to your Billing Address, you can do so by accessing My Account at the top of your erecleaskincare.com screen.

Edit Payment Information: Add a new credit card, switch cards, update your credit card expiration date, or change your pay method.

Edit Frequency: Select a new frequency from the options in the drop-down list. A new shipment schedule will automatically be established for all your future shipments once you confirm a frequency change. Some plans may not allow the frequency between shipments to be modified.

Edit Next Shipment: If a calendar is visible, the Next Shipment date may be changed. Available dates appear in black. Gray dates cannot be selected. Use the arrows in the top corner of the calendar to switch months. Click on an available date for your next shipment and the calendar will automatically close. Some plans may not permit date changes. Cancel

All Future Shipments: Click on this link if you want to stop this automatic delivery plan. Once you have canceled your plan, you may see the Reinstate Automatic Delivery Plan option, if it is still available. Click on Reinstate Automatic delivery plan to re-enroll in that plan. If available, you can restart certain automatic delivery plans at the original order price. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

How Do I Customize or Manage My Automatic Delivery Plan Online?

You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your eracleaskincare.com screen, and then select automatic delivery plans to see a list of your plans.

To access a particular automatic delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link. Once your first item in an automatic delivery plan has been shipped, you can make changes to future shipments.

Some restrictions may apply for certain automatic delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

How Do I Start or Stop Orders?

You can place your orders, change, cancel and return orders, or get answers to your questions by calling Customer Service: 214-295-4366. If you choose to make two consecutive returns in your automatic delivery plan, but would still like to remain in the program, please contact Customer Service at 214-295-4366 to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, we will automatically cancel your plan.

How Do I Pay For My Products With AutoShip?

You can pay with your credit card, online (eracleaskincare.com) or by phone (214-295-4366). Your credit card will be billed on the date of shipment.

 

How Do I Place an Order?

You can place your eraclea® AutoShip order by phone or online. You will be billed for your first shipment and, after payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped to you.

Subsequent shipments will be billed to your credit card at your original order price with free shipping* and sent in accordance with the schedule you requested. Typical automatic delivery schedules are 30, 60 or 90 days, depending upon product usage rate.

*Shipping will only be charged on the initial AutoShip order, subsequent orders will receive free shipping.
